Types of Awards in the Planning and Investment Sector

According to the provisions of Circular 07, the emulation and commendation work in the Planning and Investment sector includes the following types of commendations:

- Commendation for meritorious service and achievements is a form of commendation for collectives or individuals who have outstanding achievements or have excellently completed the assigned tasks.- Periodic commendation is a commendation for collectives or individuals who have achieved outstanding achievements after the completion of an emulation period initiated by the President, the Prime Minister, Ministers, or Heads of units.- Unexpected commendation is a commendation for collectives or individuals who have made sudden achievements. Particularly outstanding and sudden achievements are those acts of bravery in rescuing people, assets of the people or the State, or exceptionally outstanding achievements recognized by the region or the world.- Commendation for the contribution process is a commendation for individuals who have participated in activities during revolutionary periods, held leadership or management positions in State agencies, public service providers, political organizations, and socio-political organizations, with meritorious services and outstanding achievements.- Foreign-related commendation is a commendation for collectives or foreign individuals who have contributed to the construction and defense of the Vietnamese Fatherland in one of the following fields: Politics, economy, culture, society, security, defense, diplomacy, or other fields.
