The Supreme People's Court has just issued Official Letter 63/TANDTC-TH dated March 30, 2022 announcing the training program on how to use the Virtual Assistant software.

Accordingly, implementing the Plan 49/KH-TANDTC dated March 15, 2022 of the Supreme People's Court on the application of virtual assistant software for judges, the Supreme People's Court announced training program to guide the use of virtual assistant software for courts at all levels.

Specifically, the subjects participating in the training include:

- Judges of the People's Courts at all levels

- Information Technology Officers.

Online training at the bridge points:

- Central bridge point at the Supreme People's Court;

- Partial bridge points at the Courts at all levels according to the detailed schedule in Appendix 01 attached to this official letter.

The training period is from April 5, 2022 to April 6, 2022 .

To ensure the training and guidance on software use, the Supreme People's Court requested the Chief Justices of the Courts at all levels to direct and perform the following tasks:

- Appoint civil servants to participate in training courses, guide the use of software with the right components and training subjects; at the same time, fully understand that civil servants participating in the training class are present on time, fully and in compliance with the regulations, requirements and instructions of the lecturers.

- Directing the informatics staff to  hand over the account with the user manual  to the civil servants assigned to participate in the training course according to the instructions sent to the group " IT TAND 4.0 " on Zalo software. Completed 01 day before the time of organizing the training  (time calculated according to the attached training schedule).

- Prepare material and technical facilities to serve the training; at the same time, ask officials and civil servants participating in the training to read and study the software manuals in advance; Prepare a computer or tablet, smartphone (if available) to practice.
