Training of Professional Staff in the Sport of Shooting

On October 05, 2018, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism promulgated Circular 31/2018/TT-BVHTTDL detailing the training of professional staff in the sport of shooting.

The training of professional staff is specifically regulated in Circular 31 as follows:

- The General Department of Physical Training and Sports or the Vietnam Shooting Federation organizes professional training for instructors in the sport of shooting.- The General Department of Physical Training and Sports is responsible for developing the content and training program for shooting sport instructors and submitting it to the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism for approval.- The certificate of professional training for shooting sport instructors is issued by the training organizing agency. The certificate template is specified in Appendix III issued with this Circular.

Additionally, Circular 31 also stipulates the training density and training guidance requirements as follows:

- The training density at the shooting position ensures at least 01 person/01m².- Each training instructor guides no more than 10 people per session.
