Training Density on Taekwondo Floor at Least 3m2 per Practitioner

Circular 10/2017/TT-BVHTTDL has been issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism to regulate the facilities, equipment, and professional staff training for the sport of Taekwondo. This document replaces Circular 21/2011/TT-BVHTTDL.

Circular 10 stipulates that the practice of Taekwondo must ensure the following practice density:

- The practice density on the floor must ensure at least 03m^2^/01 practitioner.- Each trainer shall guide no more than 30 practitioners per training session.

Furthermore, Circular 10 also provides detailed regulations on training professional staff, specifically:

- The General Department of Sports, the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation, or the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally run cities shall organize professional training for Taekwondo trainers.- The General Department of Sports is responsible for developing the content and training programs.- The certificate of professional training for Taekwondo trainers shall be issued by the training organizing body.
