The content of typical advanced propaganda forms in the Ho Chi Minh City Education Sector in the period 2023–2025 is as follows:

1. Typical advanced propaganda content and tasks in the Education Sector

- Propagate President Ho Chi Minh's patriotic emulation ideology, the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws on emulation and commendation.

- Propagate widely, promptly, and effectively new and typical advanced factors and models in emulation movements. Innovate the content, form, and methods of propaganda and replicate advanced examples in a practical manner consistent with the realities of agencies, units, and political task requirements.

- Regularly pay attention to discovering and building advanced examples, creating spiritual and material conditions, policy mechanisms, and a favorable environment for examples to perform and promote their roles, determine their motivation to strive, and improve their comprehensive capacity in terms of awareness, professional expertise, and work experience.

- Develop typical advanced criteria for collectives and individuals in accordance with the characteristics, nature, and tasks of agencies and units. Clearly define typical criteria for advanced work comprehensively and on a number of aspects; Integrate content and criteria into campaigns and emulation movements aimed at successfully implementing the key political tasks of agencies and units.

- Evaluate the results achieved in the work of building, fostering, and replicating examples, the level of striving and spreading of advanced examples, the development ability of each example in each agency and unit, and the measures to help typical leaders strive, practice, continue to maintain achievements, and promote effectiveness. At the same time, select typical models that bring high economic value, have great social significance, and have the power to spread throughout the industry to honor, study, and replicate in each agency and unit.

2. Typical advanced propaganda form in the Education Sector

- Combining traditional and online forms, using modern technology and media in propaganda to create connections between typical, advanced, and expanded groups and individuals through many forms of propaganda, such as: electronic information portals, specialized pages, columns in newspapers, radio, and television, cultural, artistic, and visual promotional activities; and propaganda through applications on social networking platforms such as Zalo, Facebook,...

- Organize exchanges with advanced examples through seminars, exchanges, and learning experiences; visit to introduce and study models and advanced examples to hear and directly exchange experiences, methods, best practices, effectiveness, and achievements of practical advanced examples.

- Organize competitions to learn about Law on Emulation and Commendation, reward and propagate patriotic emulation movements, and provide advanced examples. Issuing publications introducing advanced examples, examples of good people doing good deeds, propagating emulation, and rewarding work.
