On October 28, 2023, Hanoi issued Resolution 174/NQ-CP to repeal certain COVID-19 prevention and control resolutions issued by the Government of Vietnam.

From October 28, 2023, the following 09 COVID-19 prevention and control resolutions issued by the Government of Vietnam are repealed in their entirety:

2 Resolution No. 78/NQ-CP dated July 20, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam on the Government’s special session on COVID-19 prevention and control.
3 Resolution No. 79/NQ-CP dated July 22, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam on procurement of drugs, chemicals, supplies, equipment, and means serving COVID-19 prevention and control.
4 Resolution No. 86/NQ-CP dated August 6, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam on urgent solutions for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control to implement Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15 dated July 28, 2021, of the 15th National Assembly.
5 Resolution No. 106/NQ-CP dated September 11, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam on tax policy for imported goods to sponsor COVID-19 prevention and control.
6 Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam issuing temporary regulations on "Safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the COVID-19 pandemic".
7 Resolution No. 145/NQ-CP dated November 19, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam on adjustments, amendments, and supplements to certain policies in COVID-19 prevention and control.
8 Resolution No. 168/NQ-CP dated December 31, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam on certain mechanisms and policies in COVID-19 prevention and control.
9 Resolution No. 38/NQ-CP dated March 17, 2022, of the Government of Vietnam on the COVID-19 prevention and control program.

List of Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly that fully expire in Vietnam

Hanoi passed Resolution 80/2023/QH15 on January 9, 2023, on continuing to implement policies in COVID-19 prevention and control and using expired certificates of drug registration and pharmaceutical ingredients from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.

Among which, the list of Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly that are entirely invalidated is provided. To be specific:

- Resolution 285/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated August 27, 2021, on establishing the Task Force of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly to implement Resolution 30/2021/QH15 of the National Assembly related to COVID-19 prevention and control.

- Resolution 296/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 7, 2021, on supplementing funds to replenish national reserve rice released for aid, relief, and support to people in difficulty due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Resolution 393/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 30, 2021, on supplementing the central budget reserve from central budget savings in 2021 for COVID-19 prevention and control.

- Resolution 406/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated October 19, 2021, on certain solutions aimed at supporting businesses and citizens affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Resolution 10/2021/UBTVQH15 dated December 8, 2021, on extending the retention period of goods at duty-free shops, warehouses of duty-free businesses, and bonded warehouses to meet COVID-19 prevention and control requirements.

- Resolution 17/2022/UBTVQH15 dated March 23, 2022, on the number of overtime hours in one year and one month for workers amid COVID-19 prevention and socio-economic recovery and development.

- Resolution 24/2022/UBTVQH15 dated August 11, 2022, on continuing support payments for workers according to Resolution 03/2021/UBTVQH15.

- Resolution 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021, on policies supporting workers and employers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
