On October 28, 2023, Hanoi issued Resolution 174/NQ-CP to repeal certain COVID-19 prevention and control resolutions issued by the Government of Vietnam.
From October 28, 2023, the following 09 COVID-19 prevention and control resolutions issued by the Government of Vietnam are repealed in their entirety:

Hanoi passed Resolution 80/2023/QH15 on January 9, 2023, on continuing to implement policies in COVID-19 prevention and control and using expired certificates of drug registration and pharmaceutical ingredients from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.
