Instructions are specified in Circular 02/2023/TT-BKHCN providing guidance on professional content to serve the work of developing estimates for implementing science and technology tasks using the State budget issued by the Minister of Science and Technology.
There are examples of how to develop detailed estimates of remuneration for performing scientific and technological tasks using the state budget.
Example situation: A national science and technology mission has an implementation period of 36 months with 02 research contents. Positions participating in performing tasks include: 01 homeroom manager; 01 scientific secretary; main member; member; technicians, support staff; general labor. The estimated remuneration for performing tasks is calculated as follows:
