Purposes and requirements of the Plan to develop a Circular amending regulations on simplifying procedures under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism

- Purpose

Develop a Circular amending and supplementing Circulars to implement Resolution 78/NQ-CP of 2017 of the Government on simplifying administrative procedures and citizen documents related to population management within the scope of state management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (Circular).

- Request

+ Follow the correct order and procedures according to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents 2015 (amended and supplemented by the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents 2020).

+ Determine the specific work content, completion deadline, and responsibilities of agencies and units in implementing the draft Circular.

+ During the drafting process, ensure close coordination between agencies and units; This is expected to be issued in August 2023.

Implementation costs

Funding for developing the Circular is deducted from the Ministry's public service budget allocated to the Legal Department through the Ministry's Office and other legal funding sources (if any).

Responsibility for implementation

- The Legal Department presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to organize and implement the contents in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan; develop budget estimates to deploy and perform tasks according to current regulations.

- Ministry Office, Personnel Organization Department, Planning and Finance Department, Family Department, Library Department, Grassroots Culture Department, Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition Department, Cinema Department, Copyright Department audience, Department of Cultural Heritage, Department of Performing Arts, General Department of Tourism, General Department of Sports and Physical Training, Information Technology Center, agencies and units under and under the relevant Ministry within the scope, its functions and tasks are responsible for coordinating with the Legal Department in implementing the Plan.
