1. To fully annul 16 legislative documents of the Government of Vietnam

- Decision 112-HDBT dated October 15, 1981, of the Council of Ministers on the functions, tasks, and organization of the commune-level government apparatus.

- Decree 52-HDBT/ND of the Council of Ministers dated March 19, 1982, amending the organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Trade.

- Decision 153-HDBT dated December 13, 1983, of the Council of Ministers on the establishment of the Committee to mobilize the purchase of bonds.

- Decision 159-HDBT dated October 30, 1987, of the Council of Ministers on the composition of the Central Committee campaigning to buy bonds for national construction.

- Decree 87-CP of the government, dated December 12, 1995, on strengthening the management of cultural activities and cultural services, accelerating the elimination of a number of serious social evils.

- Decree 07/CP dated February 5, 1996 of the Government on management of plant varieties.

- Decree 119/1999/ND-CP dated September 18, 1999 of the Government on a number of financial policies and mechanisms to encourage enterprises to invest in science and technology activities.

- Decree 71/2000/ND-CP dated November 23, 2000 of the Government providing for the extension of working time of cadres and civil servants to retirement age.

- Resolution 13/2002/NQ-CP of the government, dated November 19, 2002, on solutions to curb the increase and gradually reduce traffic accidents and congestion.

- Resolution 08/2004/NQ-CP dated June 30, 2004 of the Government on continuing to promote the decentralization of state management between the Government and the governments of provinces and cities directly under the central government.

2. To partially annul legislative documents of the Government of Vietnam

- To partially annul Clause 2, Article 1, Clause 2, Article 2 of Decree No. 01/2012/ND-CP dated January 4, 2012 of the Government to amend, supplement, replace, or annul regulations related to administrative procedures under the management function of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Vietnam.

- To partially annul Clause 2, Article 1, Chapter III of Decree 66/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government's regulations on investment and business conditions on plant quarantine protection, plant varieties, common forest animal raising, animal husbandry, aquatic products, and food.

Decree 110/2022/ND-CP takes effect from December 30, 2022.
