Regarding this issue, Lawnet would like to answer as follows:
On October 29, 2023, the Prime Minister issued Decision 1269/QD-TTg fully annulling the document on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control issued by the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control and the Prime Minister.
Specifically, from October 29, 2023, the contents specified in 08 directives issued by the Prime Minister related to COVID-19 epidemic prevention will be abolished as follows:
(1) Directive 05/CT-TTg dated January 28, 2020 of the Prime Minister on prevention and control of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of Corona virus.
(2) Directive 06/CT-TTg dated January 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister on strengthening measures to prevent and combat new complicated developments of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of caused by Corona virus
(3) Directive 10/CT-TTg dated February 25, 2020 of the Prime Minister on promoting prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic
(4) Directive 13/CT-TTg dated March 11, 2020 of the Prime Minister on continuing to promote COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in the new situation
(5) Directive 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020 of the Prime Minister on drastically implementing the peak period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control
(6) Directive 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister on implementing urgent measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic
(7) Directive 19/CT-TTg dated April 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister on continuing to implement measures to prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic in the new situation
