Title: Criteria for Emulation in the Execution of Prison Sentences

To be specific, according to the provisions of Article 7 of Circular 06/2018/TT-BCA, the criteria for commendation in serving prison sentences include:

* Criterion 1

Recognize one's guilt, show remorse and repentance; actively remedy the consequences caused by their criminal acts. Honestly declare, denounce crimes, and provide information about the criminal acts of others that they know of.

* Criterion 2

Strictly comply with the provisions of the law, judgments, and decisions of the Court; the rules and regulations of prisons, detention centers, and temporary detention houses; actively prevent and combat violations; maintain a disciplined, orderly, and civilized lifestyle; do not have negative attitudes, words, or actions that cause division, disrupt unity, or have a bad influence on other prisoners.

* Criterion 3

Actively and voluntarily engage in labor, vocational training, fully participate in workdays, work with discipline, productivity, quality, and complete labor quotas and targets; well fulfill the requirements of safety, labor hygiene, and environmental protection; positively influence the labor competition movement among prisoners.

* Criterion 4

Actively and voluntarily study, practice, cultivate morality; respect the life, health, honor, dignity, and property of oneself and others; have a sense of helping other prisoners to practice, study, progress, and strive to become useful people for society.
