Time of Receiving Applications and Announcing Commendation Results in the Industry and Trade Sector

To be specific:, The time to receive the application for commendation based on the achievements accomplished by organizations and individuals is stipulated in Circular 16 as follows:

- For annual commendations for emulation titles, and forms of commendation within the authority of the Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Emulation Flag of the Government of Vietnam: follow the commendation guidance document from the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- For the National Emulation Soldier title: applications must be sent to the Ministry of Industry and Trade no later than June 30 each year (based on the postmark);- For Medals, Badges, and Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam (commendation based on achievements accomplished): applications must be sent to the Ministry of Industry and Trade no later than April 29 each year (based on the postmark);- For the following emulation titles and forms of commendation: Advanced Laborer; Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level; Advanced Labor Collective; Excellent Labor Collective; Certificates of Commendation within the authority of the Unit Head: the Unit Head shall consider, decide the time for receiving the application, and complete the commendation evaluation before January 31 each year.

The time to receive the application for sudden commendation, thematic commendation: the application must be submitted no later than 45 days from the date of the sudden achievement or after the conclusion of the thematic work.

The time for appraisal and time for announcing commendation results shall be implemented according to the legal regulations.

After the commendation results are obtained, the time for announcing the commendation results shall be implemented as follows:

- Within 07 working days from the date the Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade signs the commendation decision or from the date of receipt of the commendation decision from the competent authorities, the Ministry's Office shall notify the proposing unit;- For cases that do not meet the conditions, standards, and application as per regulations, within 15 working days from the date of receiving the complete application as per regulations, the Ministry's Office shall notify the proposing unit;- In cases where the application is submitted to the incorrect processing route, within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the Ministry's Office shall notify and return the application to the proposing unit.
