Time for Receiving Applications for Consideration of Emulation and Commendation in the Education Sector

According to the provisions of Article 9 of Circular 22/2018/TT-BGDDT, the application submission deadlines for emulation and commendation in the Education sector are as follows:

- For applications requesting recognition of emulation titles and commendation forms at the Ministry level: submit to the Ministry of Education and Training before August 30 each year for units assessed based on the academic year (before January 30 each year for units assessed based on the operational year).

- For applications requesting recognition of emulation titles and commendation forms at the State level: submit to the Ministry of Education and Training before October 15 each year for units assessed based on the academic year and before February 28 each year for units assessed based on the operational year.

- For applications requesting sudden commendations: immediately after the collective or individual achieves the accomplishment, the head of the unit is responsible for submitting it to the Minister for consideration and reward decision or for the Minister to submit it to the competent authority for consideration and reward decision.

- For applications requesting consideration for Commemorative Medals: the proposal, accompanied by a list (Form 1) and a summary of individual achievements (Form 2, Form 3), should be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Training before May 15 each year.
