- Writing legal research papers published in domestic or international legal journals; writing books or textbooks published on legal ethics and professional conduct of lawyers or lawyering skills;- Engaging in teaching law, lawyering skills, legal ethics and professional conduct at law faculties or legal vocational training institutions; participating in teaching professional development courses or sharing lawyering experience as prescribed by this Circular;- Participating in and completing the judicial title training program;- Participating in and completing professional, legal, and lawyering skills training courses abroad;- Joining training programs, seminars, or workshops lasting 01 day or more on subjects specified in Article 3 of Circular 02/2019/TT-BTP organized by the Department of Justice or the Department of Judicial Assistance.
