Tightening Requirements for Loading, Unloading, and Warehousing of Dangerous Goods

The content is detailed in Circular 52/2013/TT-BTNMT, which stipulates the transportation of dangerous goods, specifically toxic substances and infectious substances.

The loading, unloading, and storage of hazardous goods must strictly comply with the requirements prescribed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Circular 52/2013/TT-BTNMT as follows:

- Organizations and individuals involved must strictly adhere to the instructions for the preservation, loading, unloading, and storage of each type of hazardous goods in accordance with the regulations of the national standard TCVN 5507:2002 - Hazardous chemicals - Safety regulations for production, business, use, storage, and transportation or in the notification of the hazardous goods owner, the hazardous goods transportation vehicle owner;- The loading, unloading, and storage of hazardous goods are carried out according to the regulations in Article 9 of Decree 29/2005/ND-CP stipulating the list of hazardous goods and the transportation of goods on inland waterways, Article 30 of Decree 109/2006/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of several provisions of the Railway Law, or Article 12 of Decree 104/2009/ND-CP stipulating the list of hazardous goods and the transportation of hazardous goods by road motor vehicles, corresponding to the type of transportation vehicle.
