Three types of allowances that officers of specialized natural resources and environment observation in Vietnam should note

Circular 41/2014/TT-BTNMT specifically outlines the details regarding allowance levels and eligible subjects for public employees monitoring natural resources and environment in Vietnam. To be specific:

Job Responsibility Allowance Mobility Allowance Allowance for dangerous and harmful work
Applied at a coefficient of 0.2 statutory pay rate for:

- Team leader (or group leader) monitoring natural resources and environment.

- Team leader (or group leader) of the water resource drilling team.

- Team leader (or group leader) of the basic water resource investigation team.
Applied at a coefficient of 0.4 statutory pay rate for public employees directly monitoring natural resources and environment; performing tasks related to basic water resource investigation. Applied at a coefficient of 0.1 statutory pay rate for:

- Public employees directly monitoring natural resources and environment.

- Public employees directly performing tasks such as analyzing soil, rock, and water physical properties samples; conducting geophysical measurements related to water resources.

Additionally, as per Circular 41/2014/TT-BTNMT, the funding sources and payment methods for the aforesaid allowance policies are as follows:

- For the Job Responsibility Allowance, it is implemented according to the regulations in Circular 05/2005/TT-BNV.- For the mobility allowance, it is implemented according to the regulations in Circular 06/2005/TT-BNV.- For the hazardous and dangerous allowance policies, it is implemented according to the regulations in Circular 07/2005/TT-BNV.
