The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs recently issued Circular 24/2018/TT-BLDTBXH on the Political Education subject program within the general curriculum of intermediate and college-level training programs.

According to the provisions of Circular 24, the subject of Political Education is a compulsory subject in the intermediate education level training program. The implementation of the subject must meet the following conditions:

- Classroom, computers, projectors, and other teaching equipment;- Subject program, textbooks, reference materials, lesson plans, films, and related documents;- Encourage vocational education institutions, higher education institutions registered for vocational education activities to invest in classrooms and other conditions to be able to teach the subject online.

Note: For students who have graduated from high school, the principal of the school shall consider and decide on the exemption of the subjects that have been studied in the high school program.
