Youth are a formidable force that brings tremendous potential to the nation's construction and defense efforts. Therefore, the State always has policies to facilitate youth in studying, working, entertaining, etc. Particularly, officials and members of the Youth Volunteer Force will enjoy the following preferential policies of the State:
- Exemption from public labor obligations;- Temporary postponement of conscription during peacetime when working in areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, areas with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions;- Recognized as a martyr, enjoying policies similar to wounded soldiers in cases of sacrifice or injury while on duty;- Facilitation of education to improve academic, professional qualifications, cultural, artistic, recreational, sports, and health protection activities; priority in resolving employment after completing tasks.
