The State Prioritizes the Broadcasting and Publishing of Content in External Media

According to Circular 03/2019/TT-BTTTT, the external information press has the following rights:

- Receive priority from the State to place orders for publishing and broadcasting external information content in the press;- Be facilitated by the State to publish and broadcast external information content in Vietnamese media and foreign media.

In addition, the external information press is responsible for fulfilling the following requirements:

- Establish specialized pages, categories, program groups, and special sections on external information content;- Ensure the presence of reporters and editors in charge of external information;- Coordinate and share news, articles, and programs funded by the State with press agencies, organizations, and media within and outside the country;- Proactively publish and broadcast news, articles, radio, and television programs promoting the image of Vietnam on foreign media and the press of Vietnamese people abroad;- Encourage the selection of news, articles, radio, and television programs on external information for publication and broadcast on social networks;- Summarize, recommend commendations, and report the results of the implementation of external information content in the press to the Ministry of Information and Communications before November 30 every year or as required.
