The State Encourages Investment in the Construction of Physical Education Facilities

Currently, physical education within schools is a mandatory subject within the educational curriculum at various educational levels and training degrees to equip children and students with basic movement knowledge and skills, fostering the habit of exercising to enhance health, physical development, and stature, contributing to the goal of comprehensive education.

According to Decree 11/2015/ND-CP, the state encourages and facilitates organizations and individuals to invest and contribute resources to build physical facilities, provide equipment, tools for training and sports competitions to serve physical education and sports activities within schools.

Organizations and individuals contributing resources to invest in building physical facilities for physical education and sports activities within schools are entitled to preferential policies regarding taxes, credit, land, and are guaranteed legal rights according to current laws. Educational management agencies at all levels and schools must support and facilitate sports clubs, student sports associations' activities, contributing to increasing the effectiveness of physical education and sports activities within schools.

Additionally, the state encourages investment in facilities for physical education and sports activities within schools through public-private partnerships.
