The Prime Minister to request strict implementation of electronic invoices for gasoline and food services in Vietnam (Internet image) 

On December 18, 2023, the Government Office issued Notice 527/TB-VPCP, concluding the Prime Minister's conclusion at the Conference on solutions to overcome difficulties in credit growth for production and business, promoting growth and macroeconomic stability.

The Prime Minister to request strict implementation of electronic invoices for gasoline and food services in Vietnam

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to perform the following tasks:

- Continue to operate fiscal policy in synchronous, close, and harmonious coordination with monetary policy to promote investment, promote public investment to serve growth, stabilize the macroeconomy, control inflation, and ensure major balances in the economy.

- Strictly implement the collection of taxes, fees, and charges using digital tools and electronic invoices, especially for gasoline and food services; strictly handle violations according to regulations.

- Promote solutions to truly stabilize and develop the corporate bond market and the stock market effectively, healthily, safely, and effectively, ensuring the confidence of domestic and foreign investors. Strengthen direction and guidance on the issuance, offering, and trading of corporate bonds to ensure compliance with legal regulations, creating favorable conditions to support businesses, including real estate businesses issuing corporate bonds.

In addition, the Prime Minister also requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside and coordinate with relevant agencies to implement:

- Have solutions to promote trade promotion, expand export markets, and focus on effectively exploiting, applying, and promoting free trade agreements, thereby promoting exports and increasing export orders, thereby creating jobs and increasing the economy's credit demand for the banking system.

- Coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to urgently promote the use of electronic invoices for customers at petrol stations; strictly handle violating regulations at petrol stations.

To propose appropriate and effective policies to promote real estate market development in Vietnam

Specifically, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Construction to preside and coordinate with relevant agencies to perform the following tasks:

- Closely monitor real estate market developments to promptly advise and propose appropriate and effective policies to promote market development; Direct localities to closely monitor the status of projects, implementation progress, capital disbursement, and difficulties to promptly have solutions to overcome difficulties in planning, project bidding, auctions, and land allocation...

- Direct to speed up the resolution of administrative procedures related to real estate projects and strengthen inspection and examination to promptly guide and handle cases that cause difficulties and troubles in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses. Encourage localities to announce social housing projects eligible for loans under the 120 trillion VND preferential credit program.

- Direct and promote the implementation of the Project "Investment and construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030". Direct and guide real estate businesses to restructure product segments and lower product prices to remove difficulties in the real estate market.

- Have appropriate, timely, and effective solutions to restructure the segment for people with real needs, social housing, worker housing, and low-income people.
