On March 1, 2024, the Ministry of Justice issued Notice 992/TB-BTP on official recruitment of the Ministry of Justice in 2024 according to Decree 140/2017/ND-CP.

Implementing Plan 975/KH-BTP 2024 of the Ministry of Justice on official recruitment of the Ministry of Justice in 2024 according to Decree 140/2017/ND-CP on policies to attract and create staff from excellent graduates, young scientists, the Ministry of Justice announces official recruitment in 2024 as follows:

**Subjects registering for official admission:

(1) Students graduated with excellent grades from domestic or foreign higher education institutions are recognized as equivalent in terms of diplomas and certificates according to the provisions of the law who have excellent study and training results during the university years, are within the age range specified in Article 1 of the Law on Youth 2020 as of the time of application submission, and meet one of the following standards:

- Have won individual third prize or higher in one of the provincial examinations for selecting excellent students, won consolation prize or higher in the examinations for selecting excellent students at the national level, or have a Certificate of Merit or higher in exams to select international excellent students in one of the natural sciences (math, physics, chemistry, biology, information technology) or social sciences (literature, history, geography, and foreign languages) during high school education;

- Have won third or higher individual prizes at national or international scientific and technical competitions while studying at the high school or university level;

- Have won third or higher individual prizes at the Olympic competition in one of the subjects: mathematics, physics, chemistry, mechanics, information technology, or other majors while studying at a university level recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training.

(2) People with a master's degree within the age range specified in Article 1 of the Law on Youth 2020 as of the time of submitting the application and meeting the following criteria:

- Meet the standards specified in point a or b or c clause (1) above;

- Have graduated from a university with good grades or higher and have a post-graduate major in the same field of training at the undergraduate level.

(3) People with a doctorate degree within the age range as prescribed in Article 23 of Decree 40/2014/ND-CP regulating the use and appreciation of individuals in scientific and technological activities up to the time of submitting the application and meeting all the standards specified in Points a and b, Clause (2) above.
