On December 6, 2022, the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam issued Decision 2254/QD-BTTTT approving the Program for Developing legislative documents under the authority of the Minister of Information and Communications for 2023.
The Ministry of Information and Communications will develop and promulgate 15 Circulars from the Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam, including:
Circular stipulating the list of products and goods that may cause safety issues under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications (replacing Circular 02/2022/TT-BTTTT "National technical regulations on electromagnetic compatibility for radio communication equipment" issued by the Minister of Information and Communications). Scheduled for promulgation in May 2023.
Circular issuing National technical regulations on ground mobile communication terminal equipment - Radio access part (replacing QCVN 117:2020/BTTTT). Scheduled for promulgation in November 2023.
Circular issuing National technical regulations on E-UTRA mobile communication base station equipment - Radio access part (replacing QCVN 110:2017/BTTTT). Scheduled for promulgation in November 2023.
Circular issuing National technical regulations on E-UTRA FDD mobile communication repeater equipment - Radio access part (replacing QCVN 111:2017/BTTTT). Scheduled for promulgation in November 2023.
