2. Organize thematic talks, extracurricular activities, clubs, and forums on topics related to the counseling needs of students.

3. Establish information channels, provide materials, and regularly communicate with parents about the psychological developments and issues that need counseling and support for students.

4. Provide individual counseling, group counseling, directly at the counseling room; online counseling through the school's intranet, website, email, social networks, telephone, and other communication media.

5. Coordinate with relevant organizations and individuals to organize psychological counseling activities for students.

Circular 31/2017/TT-BGDDT took effect from February 2, 2018.
