The form of the badge "All-Army Emulation Soldier" in Vietnam

Accordingly, Circular 115 stipulates the structure of the badge consisting of 2 parts: the badge clasp and the badge body. To be specific:

- Badge Clasp: Made of copper plated with a yellow solution, a width of 28 mm, a height of 13.5 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm; in the center, there is an embossed five-pointed gold star, with the diameter of the circumscribed circle around the five star points being 05 mm, with a red background and a yellow border; the entire badge clasp is coated with a layer of transparent synthetic resin; at the bottom center of the outer border, there is a hook connecting it to the badge body.

- Badge Body: An embossed stylized five-pointed gold star, made of copper plated with a yellow solution; the diameter of the circumscribed circle around the five star points is 41.6 mm, and a thickness of 4.5 mm; in the center of the gold star, there is a circle with a diameter of 21.8 mm, inside which is an embossed Victory Flag, with two embossed yellow rice flowers under the flagpole on a red background; around the top, there is the embossed phrase “Chiến sĩ thi đua” ("Emulation Soldier") and at the bottom, the embossed phrase “Toàn quân” ("Entire Army"), in uppercase, yellow color, “Arial” font, size 05; the entire center circle of the badge body is coated with a layer of transparent synthetic resin; the top point of the star has a hook connecting it to the badge clasp.
