The Financial Support Levels for Operations of the People's Inspection Board

The support level for operational funding of the People's Inspection Committee is stipulated in Circular 63 as follows:

- For the People's Inspection Committee at the commune level: The operational funding for the People's Inspection Committee at the commune level shall be guaranteed by the local budget. Based on the actual situation in the locality and the ability to balance the local budget, the People's Committee of the province or city directly under the Central Government shall submit to the People's Council at the same level for decision on the level of support funding for the operational activities of the People's Inspection Committee at the commune level, with a minimum of 5 million VND/Committee/year, and balance for the commune-level budget for the Commune People's Committee to allocate to the People's Inspection Committee for their activities.- For the People's Inspection Committee in state agencies: The operational funding of the People's Inspection Committee shall be decided by the Head of the state agency, arranged within the scope of regular budget expenditure estimates assigned annually by the competent authority.- For the People's Inspection Committee in public service providers: The operational funding of the People's Inspection Committee shall be decided by the Head of the public service provider, arranged within the scope of the unit's financial resources, including the budget expenditure estimates assigned by the competent authority, the unit's own revenue, and the retained revenue (if any).- For the People's Inspection Committee in state-owned enterprises: The operational funding of the People's Inspection Committee shall be arranged by the General Director or Director of the enterprise according to the financial capacity and shall be accounted for in reasonable expenses when calculating corporate income tax as stipulated by the Law on Corporate Income Tax and related guiding documents.
