Recipients Acceptance Rate
Central Level - Central Propaganda Department, Central Commission for Mass Mobilization, Steering Committees: Southwestern, Central Highlands, Northwestern, Committee for Ethnic Affairs, Ethnic Council of the National Assembly, Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Ministry of Information and Communications: each unit receives 02 copies/issue/one bilingual edition (hereinafter referred to as bilingual);


- National Library receives 05 copies/issue/bilingual.
Provincial Level - Provincial Committee for Ethnic Affairs, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Education and Training, Provincial Propaganda Department, Provincial Fatherland Front: each unit receives 02 copies/issue/bilingual;


- Schools, provincial libraries: each unit receives 05 copies/issue/bilingual;


- Vietnam News Agency's provincial bureaus, task force 123 (Provincial Military Command), translators and proofreaders: each recipient receives 01 copy/issue/bilingual.
District Level - District libraries, district cultural centers: each unit receives 05 copies/issue/bilingual;


- District ethnic affairs offices, District Fatherland Front, district education offices, district cultural offices, district propaganda departments: each unit receives 01 copy/issue/bilingual.
Khmer Pagodas, Border Posts - Each unit receives 03 copies/issue/bilingual.
Other Recipients - Classes, teachers of minority languages; Commune People's Committees, Village/Town/Community Boards, village elders, community leaders, commune cultural centers, communal cultural post offices, community cultural houses: each recipient receives 01 copy/issue/bilingual.
Legal Deposit - According to current regulations.
