Techniques for Presenting Content in Official Gazette Publications

Circular 01 stipulates that the contents of the Official Gazette publication shall be presented in a single column, ensuring the accuracy of the main document's content; using font size 13 to 14, line spacing from single to 1.5 lines. The recipient section, seal, signature, and urgency level in the document format may be omitted.

Tables, formulas, diagrams, maps, forms, and International Treaties shall be presented in the correct size, font size, font type, and drawings of the original document.

- The header section includes the words OFFICIAL GAZETTE, the number of the Official Gazette, the date of publication, and the page number. To be specific:- The words OFFICIAL GAZETTE, the number of the Official Gazette, and the date of publication are centered, in uppercase letters, font size 14, regular typeface, with slashes (/) between groups of words. For example: OFFICIAL GAZETTE/NUMBER 01+02/January 01, 2011- For provincial-level Official Gazette, the name of the province or city of publication is supplemented. For example: OFFICIAL GAZETTE DA NANG/Number 22+23/February 20, 2015;- Page numbers are presented in lowercase letters, font size 14, regular typeface. The total number of pages of the Official Gazette publication is calculated from the first page to the last page of the publication, and the page number is displayed at the bottom of odd pages, top of even pages, not displaying the page numbers of the first and last pages of the Official Gazette publication;- Below the header section is a double horizontal line, solid, with a length equal to the content portion of the Official Gazette publication (from the left margin to the right margin).
