- The supply to the road traffic light signal control cabinet or the connection box (if available) must ensure that the entire signal connection system operates stably and accurately.- The connection location (if available) must be convenient for signal connection during repairs and replacements and minimize environmental impacts.- When the road signal light at the level crossing indicates a stop, the road traffic light signal at the intersection must also indicate a stop simultaneously, so that all road vehicles from the intersection are not allowed to enter the road branch through the level crossing.- When the road signal light at the level crossing turns off, the road traffic light signal must automatically adjust back to normal operation according to current road signaling regulations.

Circular 28/2018/TT-BGTVT takes effect from July 1, 2018, replacing Circular 08/2014/TT-BGTVT.
