Technical-Economic Norms in the Provision of Public Utility Services Ensuring Maritime Safety in Vietnam

Circular 76/2014/TT-BGTVT issued 10 sets of economic and technical norms in the supply field of (public utility services ensuring maritime safety in Vietnam), specifically:

Economic and technical norms for managing and operating lighthouses;
Economic and technical norms for managing and operating maritime channels;
Economic and technical norms for resupply work;
Economic and technical norms for maintaining and repairing maritime signaling equipment;
Economic and technical norms for repairing maritime buoys;
Economic and technical norms for replacing, deploying, adjusting, and recovering maritime buoys;
Economic and technical norms for fuel consumption;
Economic and technical norms for repairing generators;
Economic and technical norms for repairing watercrafts;
Economic and technical norms for manufacturing new maritime buoys.
