Subsequently, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the data, the Geological Archive Information Center completes the inspection and prepares an inspection report, issuing a Certificate of Data Submission for geological and mineral data to the submitting organizations or individuals.

In case the submitted data does not meet the regulatory requirements, the inspection report must specify the required corrections and improvements. If there is a disagreement between the submitting and receiving parties, the Geological Archive Information Center reports to the competent authority for resolution.

The Certificate of Data Submission for geological and mineral data follows Form No. 10 of Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 12/2013/TT-BTNMT.
