On July 24, 2024, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 95/2024/ND-CP detailing certain provisions of the Housing Law 2023.
The table of classification of old public housing for the sale of public housing in Vietnam is regulated in Appendix XI of Decree 95/2024/ND-CP as follows:
