Suspension of Participation in the Electricity Market of the Power Plant

Secondly, failure to provide information or providing inaccurate information for dispute resolution and handling of violations in the competitive power generation market as required by the dispute resolution authority and according to the provisions of the law;

Thirdly, direct or indirect agreements with other units to limit or control the selling capacity in the market in order to increase the spot market electricity price and affect the security of electricity supply;

Fourthly, agreements with other Power Generation Units regarding price offers for mobilization scheduling;

Fifthly, agreements with the Power System and Market Operator regarding price offers for non-conformable mobilization scheduling.

Power plants that commit the aforementioned violations shall be suspended from participating in the electricity market as stipulated in Article 114 of Circular 28/2018/TT-BCT.
