- Expenditure support for equipment serving cultural activities for Cultural and Sports Centers, Cultural Houses, multi-purpose halls, children's recreational points of communes, wards, commune-level towns. The expenditure amount does not exceed 40 million VND per facility.- Expenditure on training and professional development for officers working at commune-level cultural and sports establishments. The expenditure amount is implemented according to the provisions in Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular 43/2017/TT-BTC.- Investment projects for construction, support equipment for Village Cultural Houses - Village Sports Areas: Expenditure support for equipment serving cultural activities for Village Cultural Houses, village sports areas, hamlets, points of children's recreational activities. The support amount does not exceed 30 million VND per facility.
