Support Policy for Job Seeking for University Graduates

Circular 103/2017/TT-BTC has been issued by the Ministry of Finance regulating the management and use of non-business funds for the implementation of the Vocational Education, Employment, and Occupational Safety Target Program for the period 2016-2020.

Support policies for job search funding for university graduates, vocational education graduates, persons with disabilities, and ethnic minorities are stipulated in Circular 103 as follows:

- Consulting and job orientation for youths, persons with disabilities, and ethnic minorities. The expense is 10,000 VND/person per session but no more than 02 sessions/person. For persons with disabilities and ethnic minorities, no more than 03 sessions/person;- Training and fostering job skills and job-seeking skills. Content and expense as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 103;- Development of guidance materials for job consulting and job introduction. Expenses as stipulated in Points c and d, Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 123/2009/TT-BTC;- Expenses for renting equipment and vehicles (if any) for site visits and internships at enterprises and organizations. Expenses are to be carried out according to contracts (if any) and legally valid expenditure documents;- Expenses for job introduction for workers: carried out through ordering, assigning tasks to Centers and enterprises providing employment services. Unit prices and expense standards as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 19 of Circular 103.
