On October 13, 2022, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Confederation issued Plan 66/KH-LDLD on the program "Tet sum vay - Xuan tri an".

1. Trade union members and employees in Ho Chi Minh City are supported 1 million VND to welcome the Lunar New Year

According to the program of Plan 66/KH-LDLD, the cost of care and support is determined to be 01 million VND/household, including 700,000 VND in cash and 300,000 VND in gifts.

2. Objects eligible for a support of 1 million VND to celebrate Lunar New Year

Objects supported with 1 million VND to celebrate the Lunar New Year in Vietnam include:

10,000 households with trade union members and workers at enterprises with difficult circumstances and unable to return to their hometown to celebrate Tet (minimum 80% of union members, employees in enterprises, for union members have their own care plan). Quantity according to the allocation list.

3. Purpose of the program

Taking practical care of trade union members, workers, officials and employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2023 in Vietnam with the theme "Tet sum vay - Xuan tri an" promoting the role of trade union organizations, coordinating Work closely with the employer in order to encourage trade unionists, workers, officials and employees to work with peace of mind, and to stick with agencies, units and enterprises for a long time.

Trade unions at all levels actively coordinate with leaders of agencies, units and employers to develop practical Tet care plans for trade union members and employees to ensure adequate policies and regimes so that employees can work with peace of mind in production.

Through activities to take care in Tet, raise awareness of trade union members, workers, officials and employees about the roles, functions and contributions of the Trade Union, trusting the Trade Union organization; attract workers to join trade unions, create motivation and encourage trade unionists, workers, officials and employees to work to increase productivity, quality and efficiency and have more attachment with the business.

4. Content, time and venue of the program

4.1. Content

The program "Tet sum vay - Xuan tri an" in 2023 is held at the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level, the grassroots trade union has a large number of workers in various forms with caring, gift-giving, cultural and artistic activities to welcome the Lunar New Year 2023.

4.2. Timeline

From January 11, 2023 to January 18, 2023 (on December 20 to 27 of the lunar calendar).

4.3. Venue of the event

At the immediate superior trade union at the grassroots level, the grassroots trade union has a large number of workers, and the hostels and accommodation areas are crowded with workers.
