Circular 18/2015/TT-BTC guiding the work of budgeting, management, allocation, payment, settlement of fund sources to support poor households in building houses for storm and flood prevention in the Central region according to Decision 48/2014/QD-TTg.

To be specific: The housing support from the state budget for building storm and flood-proof houses (including new construction, renovation, or elevation) is as follows:

- 16 million VND/household residing in particularly difficult villages as stipulated by the Government of Vietnam.- 14 million VND/household residing in administrative units in difficult areas as stipulated in Decision 1049/QD-TTg.- 12 million VND/household residing in other areas.

Source of central budget funds to support poor households in building storm and flood-proof houses in the Central region is as follows:

- The central budget supports 100% of the above-stipulated amount for the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan;- The central budget supports 50% of the above-stipulated amount for the municipalities of Da Nang and Khanh Hoa.
