Support Expenditure Levels for Startup Programs and Projects for Students and Trainees

The Ministry of Finance promulgates Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC guiding the management and use of non-business funds for the implementation of the Scheme "Supporting Students to Start Up to 2025". This is the first Circular detailing this issue.

According to Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC, startup programs and projects of students will be supported with implementation funds as follows:

- Educational institutions proactively use legitimate funding sources to support activities, ideas, and startup projects of students within educational institutions. The use of funds to organize these activities is specified in the internal expenditure regulations of the educational institution.- Educational institutions proactively establish a Fund to support student startups from private investment capital sources in accordance with the provisions of the law and the regulations in the Scheme.
