Supplementing Regulations on the Innovation of Production Organization in Agriculture

Recently, Circular 04/2019/TT-BNNPTNT was issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, amending and supplementing Circular 05/2017/TT-BNNPTNT that guides certain contents of the implementation of the National Target Program on building new rural areas for the period 2016-2020.

Besides the contents implementing the renewal of agricultural production organization stipulated in Circular 05/2017/TT-BNNPTNT, Circular 04/2019/TT-BNNPTNT has amended and supplemented the following contents:

- Building and expanding effective cooperative models, cooperative unions in the agricultural sector; prioritizing high-tech agricultural cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives linking agricultural product consumption, cooperatives developing production in association with the One Commune One Product Program;- Directing and implementing the scheme to develop 15,000 effective agricultural cooperatives and cooperative unions by 2020 locally;- Supporting the construction of infrastructure for agricultural cooperatives according to Decision 2261/QD-TTg approving the Cooperative Support Program for the 2015-2020 period.
