Supplementary Responsibilities of the State-Level Science and Technology Awards Council

- Propose to the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, other central state agencies, Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to notify the authors of the works or related organizations and individuals to cooperate and complete the application for award consideration according to the suggestions of the State-level Award Council.- Prepare the application for award consideration to present to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, which includes: the proposal document; the list, summary report of the works that meet the conditions and standards for awarding and have been agreed upon by at least 80% of the total attending members of the Council; the meeting minutes of the award consideration meeting of the State-level Award Council.- Submit 03 sets of the application for award consideration as stipulated in point d of this Clause to the Central Emulation - Commendation Board for synthesis and submission to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam within 15 working days from the date of the award consideration results from the State-level Award Council.

Additionally, the State-level Award Council for the Ho Chi Minh Award and the State Award for Science and Technology also has the following responsibilities:

- Inspect and review the award consideration applications of the sectoral state-level award councils as proposed by the Minister of Science and Technology;- Review, evaluate, and vote on selecting the works proposed for award consideration as prescribed;
