Supplementary Documents for Maritime Works Maintenance

On February 14, 2019, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular 07/2019/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing Circular 52/2017/TT-BGTVT on the maintenance of maritime works.

Circular 07/2019/TT-BGTVT has supplemented documents to serve the maintenance of maritime works as follows:

- The history of equipment installed in maritime works, along with user manuals and operation instructions provided by the manufacturer according to the equipment.

In addition to the above documents, the maintenance of maritime works also utilizes the following documents:

- Decision approving the investment project for construction of maritime works and Feasibility Study Report for investment construction or Technical-Economic Investment Report for construction;- Survey mission, survey result reports for the construction of maritime works;- Construction drawing design documentation confirmed by the project owner and design changes during the construction process;- As-built drawings;- Monitoring, measurement results, quality inspection of the works, structural load tests during construction, list of equipment, spare parts, reserve materials, and other related documents;- …
