Summary of Quality and Quantity Inspection of Works

Upon receiving the quality and quantity inspection dossier of the project or product, within no more than 05 working days, the investor or the supervising and inspecting unit shall organize the implementation of the inspection according to the following contents:

- Check the completeness, legality, consistency, and validity of the quality and quantity inspection dossier of the project or product provided by the construction unit;- Analyze and evaluate the content of the technical summary report, quality and quantity inspection report of the project or product, and the product quality inspection records, inspection opinion forms, data, and documents provided by the construction unit;- Check and evaluate the specifications of the product against current technical regulations;- Re-inspect the products that have been repaired by the construction unit and issue a confirmation document for the repaired products;- Determine the quantity of project items and products that meet quality requirements and the items and products that do not meet quality requirements;- Evaluate and propose adjustments to the difficulty levels of the project items under construction according to current regulations and actual production;- Prepare the quality and quantity inspection record of the project or product;- Prepare the supervisory and inspection report on the quality and quantity of the project or product;
