The Ministry of Finance recently issued Circular 28/2018/TT-BTC providing guidance on the establishment, management, and use of the industrial promotion budget.
According to the new regulations, the State will have support policies for the following activities:
- Short-term vocational training and manual craft training; training for skilled workers and artisans in small-scale industries.- Support for consulting, training, workshops, seminars, forums; domestic and international study tours and surveys.- Support for building technical demonstration models in industrial and small-scale industrial production; application of advanced machinery and equipment.- Organizing outstanding rural industrial product voting; organizing fairs and exhibitions for rural industrial goods and handicraft products.- Consulting activities: project investment planning, marketing; production - finance - accounting - human resource management; establishing enterprises; joint ventures; business production cooperation and linkage.- Building television and radio programs; publishing newsletters and publications.- Support for joint ventures, economic cooperation, development of industrial clusters, and relocation of polluting facilities.- International cooperation in industrial promotion.- Enhancing management capabilities and organizing the implementation of industrial promotion activities.- Other expenses serving industrial promotion activities.
