Summary of HS codes of commodities under management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam

Issued together with Circular No. 15/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam are 02 appendixes providing HS codes for commodities under its management, including:

1. Appendix I. HS codes of commodities under management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. To be specific:

- Section 1. HS codes for the list of terrestrial animals and products thereof subject to quarantine.

- Section 2. HS codes for the list of livestock breeds permitted for production and trading in Vietnam.

- Section 3. HS codes for the list of precious and rare livestock breeds prohibited from export.

- Section 4. HS code for the list of diluted environments for conservation of livestock's sperm.

- Section 5. HS codes for the list of gene sources of precious and rare domestic animals to be preserved. 

- Section 6. HS codes for the list of aquatic animals and products thereof subject to quarantine.

- Section 7. HS codes for the list of commonly imported fish seeds.

- Section 8. HS codes for the list of aquatic species subject to conditional export.

- Section 9. HS codes of live aquatic species permitted to be imported for food.

2. Appendix II. HS codes for lists of commodities under management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development: 1768 commodity lines.
