Summary of Forms for Implementing Monthly Allowance of the People’s Public Security Forces

Circular 31/2017/TT-BCA has been issued by the Ministry of Public Security to regulate the adjustment of the monthly allowance for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security who are entitled to receive monthly allowances according to Decision 53/2010/QD-TTg. Note, Circular 31 applies to:

- Officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security entitled to monthly allowance policies as defined in Article 4 of Joint Circular 05/2010/TTLT-BCA-BLDTBXH-BTC;- Officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security entitled to monthly allowance policies as defined in Clause 1 Article 3 of Joint Circular 05/2012/TTLT-BCA-BLDTBXH-BTC.
