Summary of Exam for Promotion of Public Employees in the Agriculture and Rural Development Sector from Rank III to Rank II

Public employees in the agriculture and rural development sector (NNPTNT) who want to be promoted from Grade III to Grade II in their professional title must pass the following exams:

General Knowledge Exam

- Exam format: Written test.- Exam duration: 180 minutes.- Exam content: Assess the knowledge and understanding of public employees regarding administrative reform, organizational and personnel management, state management of public services; the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party, laws on agriculture and rural development; development orientation and challenges in state management of agriculture and rural development.

Specialized Professional Exam

- Exam format: Multiple-choice or practical test decided by the Examination Council.- Exam duration: 45 minutes for multiple-choice or 30 minutes for practical test.- Exam content: Assess the level, competence, skills, and problem-solving proposals of public employees on current practical issues related to the standards of knowledge, professional, and operational competence.

Foreign Language Exam

- Exam format: Written test.- Exam duration: 90 minutes.- Exam content: Test foreign language proficiency according to the Grade II professional title standards.

Computer Science Exam

- Exam format: Multiple-choice test or practical test on the computer.- Exam duration: 45 minutes.- Exam content: Assess understanding of the Windows operating system, usage of Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet.
