Subjects to remove from the list of Public-utility Telecommunication Service support in Vietnam
Circular 09/2022/TT-BTTTT stipulates guidance on the implementation of support for tablets and telecommunications services public utilities to use tablets under the Program on provision of public-utility telecommunications services to 2025, promulgated by the Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam.

Specifically, according to Article Circular 09/2022/TT-BTTTT, the subjects removed from the list of Public-utility Telecommunication Service support in Vietnam include:
- Subscribers in Vietnam using public-utility telecommunications services have had 05 (five) consecutive months without generating traffic (incoming and outgoing);
- Households that have been recognized by the competent authorities to escape poverty or near poverty in Vietnam.
In this case, the Program will stop supporting the use of public-utility telecommunications services for households that have been recognized to be out of poverty or near-poor from the next quarter. results of the review of poor households and near-poor households according to regulations.
Note: Enterprises that are ordered to provide public-utility telecommunications services shall update information on subscribers specified above in the list of supported objects.
Circular 09/2022/TT-BTTTT takes effect from June 30, 2022.
