Circular 25/2015/TT-BGDDT stipulates the curriculum for the Physical Education subject within undergraduate training programs, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on October 14, 2015.

Specifically, in Article 4 of Circular 25/2015/TT-BGDDT, it is stipulated that the minimum amount of knowledge required for the Physical Education course that students need to accumulate is 3 (three) credits. Higher education institutions shall specifically determine the amount of knowledge for this course in accordance with the requirements of each training sector.
The Physical Education course curriculum must provide basic movement knowledge and skills, form habits of physical exercise and sports to improve health, develop fitness, stature, perfect personality, enhance learning ability, and social activity skills with a positive spirit and attitude, contributing to the goal of comprehensive education.
Applicable subjects: National universities, regional universities, academies, universities (including member universities of national universities and regional universities) in the national education system implementing regular undergraduate training programs. Higher education institutions specializing in physical education, sports, and training sectors specializing in physical education and sports within higher education institutions are not subject to this program.
