This is a noteworthy content stipulated in Circular 74/2014/TT-BGTVT promulgating regulations on archival of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam, effective from February 15, 2015.

Article 17 Circular 74/2014/TT-BGTVT stipulates the storage of archived documents of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam as follows:
dossiers and documents not yet due for submission to the Agency's Archive are stored and secured by the relevant agencies and units.
Archived dossiers and documents due for submission must be handed over accordingly.
The Chief Office is responsible for directing the implementation of regulations on the storage of archived documents of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam: equipping with sufficient technical equipment and means for storage of archived documents according to prescribed standards; implementing measures for fire, explosion, and disaster prevention, security, and confidentiality for both archival storage and archived documents; maintaining preservation policies appropriate for each type of archived document.
Archivists and officials engaged in archival work are responsible for: scientifically arranging archived documents to facilitate statistics, retrieval, and exploitation. Dossiers and documents should be placed in boxes, labeled, and fully annotated as required; The condition of documents in storage must be regularly checked to monitor the quantity and quality of documents.
