Statistical Information of the Justice Sector Must Be Announced

This content is stipulated in Circular No. 03/2019/TT-BTP which regulates certain aspects of statistical activities within the Judicial Sector. This document replaces Circular No. 04/2016/TT-BTP.

According to the new regulations, the publication, dissemination, and use of statistical information by the Ministry of Justice are carried out as follows:

- The Department of Planning and Finance under the Ministry of Justice is responsible for leading the development of the schedule for statistical information dissemination, submitting it to the Minister for approval before proceeding with the publication.- The Minister of Justice decides on the publication of statistical information within the scope of state management for judicial work.- The statistical information of the Ministry of Justice is published and disseminated through the following formats: Statistical Yearbook; press conferences; electronic document-based statistical products posted on the electronic portal of the Ministry of Justice or other publication formats by the Ministry of Justice.

Note: Do not publish statistical information of the sector that falls under the National Statistical Index System, or statistical information in documents listed as top secret and secret in the state management domain of the Ministry of Justice as stipulated by law. The published statistical information is legally valid.
